My Sunny Health is founded and run by registered nurses with more than a decade of hands-on clinical experience caring for geriatric patients and people with disability. Our team holds a Master of Clinical Leadership in Nursing — bringing not just technical expertise, but a deep understanding of what families go through when caring for an elderly loved one.

We have worked across ICU, respiratory wards, cardiology, geriatric units, dialysis, renal and urology, and community nursing. We have cared for people living with dementia, challenging behaviours, incontinence, and complex medical needs — and we bring that combined clinical knowledge directly into the home. Our allied health team also provides in-home physiotherapy and occupational therapy to support mobility and independence.

We also have years of experience navigating government funding for aged care and the NDIS. We know how overwhelming the system can feel — and we're here to guide you and your family every step of the way, making sure you access every entitlement available to you.
